Must be a college graduate of Civil EngineerAt least 5 years of experience in related fieldPreferably License Civil Engr.Delegate tasks and achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing workschedules for the team.Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management.This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significantstandard.Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existingtraining sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes ofimprovements.Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like aninquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and alsovoice their concerns.Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and whenrequired.Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all therelevant stakeholders.Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, andsuccesses as well.
