Job Description:
In-charge of the TV Production control room and operates the video switcher and associated devices as well as supervises other television crew.


Responsible for operation of technical equipment and systems for live and taped broadcast Determines technical production requirement or productions or projects Plans all technical aspects of production, ensures equipment is available and ready, makes technical checks Set up and execute video transitions and special effects such as fades, dissolves, cuts, keys and supers using computers to manipulate pictures as necessary Supervise camera setting. lens choices, etc Supervise equipment changes, modification and custom controls as needed Addresses equipment failure, provides technical solution/repair or work-arounds Trains and motivates staff to handle or use equipment safely and accurately Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, ECE or any related course At least 5 years of experience Must be proficient in production automation systems, camera operations, Teleprompter, LED Lighting, Audio, Video Playback Proficient in live studio and remote program operations Can work well with entire production team Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills required
