Details of the offer

Job scope:
Prepares and writes user guides, case studies and other related materials
Creates flow charts, diagrams, topologies and other related materials
Writes content for website and social media posts
Ensures that content are easy to understand, updated, accurate and formatted according to company's guidelines
Coordinate and update other business units as required
Contribute in growing the company

Requirements:
Ideally 2 years of experience in Technical/Content Writing
Excellent command of English (oral & written)
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical, listening, probing, note taking and organizational skills
Able to work in a dynamic work environment with minimal supervision
General understanding of SEO
Creative Thinker, Results Driven & Willing to learn
