Technical Consultant Representative

The Technical Consultant is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

Job Specifications:
Planning the proper system needs of a company
Installing the appropriate systems
Providing support for the systems throughout the working day
Solving problems connected to the network and the systems
Monitoring the network efficiency
Resolving client issues
Testing products and applications
Documenting processes and application instructions
Supporting and troubleshooting software issues
Generating innovate ideas
Liaison with the website hosting provider if necessary
Applying patches and updates
Identifying the needs of the company and assessing whether they are being met by the current system
Planning security measures
Implementing security measures

Job Qualifications
Knows Windows Server/Linux Server
Basic system admin skills and basic network admin skills
Problem-solving skills
A technical mind
An organized mind
Attention to detail
Analytical and quantitative skills
In-depth knowledge of computer systems
Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
Good communication skills
Discretion (since confidential data is held on computer systems)
Bachelor's/College Grad preferably Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
Willing to work with shifting schedules
With experience is a plus
