QualificationsQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience developing software solution to address business needsMinimum 2+ years of experience with structured business systems analysis1+ years of experience in application production support, and have a structured approach to troubleshooting issues and bug fixes2+ years’ experience capturing formal requirements, test cases, and showing traceability from test results to requirementsA demonstrated track record of success in forging and developing excellent relationship with key business partners and stakeholdersBusiness savvy, with the ability to interpret technology issues for consumption by non-technology business partners
Subject Matter Expert in desktop programs (Microsoft Office suite) business processes and the systems used to support these processes
Subject Matter Expert in server administration (Linux, VM, VM Velocloud, Daemons)
Desired CharacteristicsBachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceExperience with User Interface and/or Report design (Juniper, Velocloud, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Sansay, Metaswitch)Experience with Server Administration (Linux, VM, Daemon’s)Experience at all layers of the 7-layer OSI model.
