Work and collaborate with the team in implementing course and Learning Management System (LMS) enhancements
Help with backend user support (chat/email/call) and issue resolution
Creation/ consolidation of monthly status reports

QualificationsMinimum qualifications
Working knowledge of web development and programming languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL or Postgres)
At least one year experience in web development working with a CMS / LMS
Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming
Adept in multimedia design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe CS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable in using MS Office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in customer service is a plus
Knowledge of instructional design and Moodle is a plus
Self-starter and willing to learn
