Details of the offer

Job Description:
1. Handle technical concerns from users relating to the financial software use and functionalities.


2. Raise call tickets and see through resolution of issues.


3. File tickets for enhancement and/or bug fixes encountered by users.


4. Test the system and close tickets for resolved issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. FILIPINO - 18 years and above (no age limit)


2. Graduate/Undergraduate of any College degree. Open also to High school or Vocational course graduates with technical background.


3. Amenable to shifting schedule - including NIGHTSHIFT


4. Good to Excellent oral and written English communication skills


5. Hands on experience in using SQL and UNIX. Knowledge in Open VPN, data back-up and restore.


6. At least 1 year database management experience (any industry) OR 1 year technical support or IT Helpdesk experience in Financial and Banking industry.
