Team Manager - Insurance

Job Overview:· Deliver/ manage KPI's and metrics in line with the prescribed targets· Meeting with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities.· Forecasting and planning of resource requirements.· Manage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycle.· Setting appropriate goals & expectations for the team and conducting regular progress reviews.· Work closely with individuals and groom them to their full potential.· Managing attrition and absenteeism in the team.Qualifications and Requirements: · At least 5 years of people management experience.· Has background on managing a team handling Insurance or Insurance Renewal Cycle· Proven track record of delivering excellent levels of client service across varied stakeholders througha large operating function· Excellent  verbal and written communication skills· Willing to work onsite in Taguig with a night shift schedule.
