Preferably handled Patient scheduling account focuses on oncology/cancer patient. Knowledge of Healthcare terminology will be considered a plus. Must be amenable to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig. Job Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of healthcare customer service representatives to achieve individual and team performance targets. Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge. Monitor team performance metrics, such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores. Take proactive measures to address performance issues and implement strategies to improve overall team performance. Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare customer support team, including managing call queues, scheduling, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and response times. Conduct regular quality assurance evaluations of customer interactions to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance the quality-of-service delivery. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time
