Job Description:

Job Scope & Responsibilities:
?Impact: Results of the team and/or work groups.
?Work complexity & Innovation: Applies problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions. Adapts techniques for a diverse set of business situations.
?Leadership role:
•Act as change agent who develops and leads improvements and/or solutions that drives standardization in the Tax process
•Foster close and good partnership with APAC Tax Area Process Lead, whom he/she will directly report to
•Leads or coaches employees during a project or trains/mentors new employees within disciplines within Tax
•Begins to determine priorities, assign responsibilities, or implement timetables for workgroup or teams to ensure success. May provide input on performance of team members.
?Key Responsibilities (Functional):
• Drive optimization and value realization by carrying out agreed upon global Tax design processes
• Ensure processes meets VAT Compliance requirements
•Finds solutions to process gaps, leveraging on various tax technology tools and process automation
•Engages with Tax and various cross-functional subject matter experts and process leads
•Tax process support to APAC countries and GSC Philippines by implementing standardized processes to ensure that they meet their compliance obligations
•Initiates actions to lead projects, beginning to link project steps to business strategies. Projects are usually short-term with specific results expected, and occasionally broadly defined results. Ensures project objectives and deadlines are met. Presents project recommendations to appropriate personnel that demonstrate sound planning in support of business needs and goals.
