Tax Assistant Manager - Cpa

Responsible with the overall regulatory compliance, such as with BIR, SEC, etcEnsure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and other compliance/reportorialrequirementsHandle all on-going tax assessments, including liaising with BIR offices, documentsubmission, and drafting of letter responsesLead and manage a team of taax accountants, including their workload distributionand training and developmentProvide advice on tax implications of company practices, policies, and transactionsDevise and implement strategic tax planning to reduce tax liabilities and improvetax processesCollaborate with other relevant departments in addressing tax-related concerns and/orinquiriesPrepare and present relevant reports to the department head and managementAct as the main contact point or person in-charge for all tax-related concernsTo perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to timeJob Qualification:Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA holderAt least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably from BIG 4, and/ormultinational corporations- PwC / Isla Lipana- ?EY / SGV Sycip Gorres Velayo- ?KPMG / RG Manabat- ?Deloitte / Navarro Amper- ?RTC Retes Tacandong- ?Grant Thornton / Punongbayan AraulloStrong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting principlesExperience with handling tax audits and internal tax compliance reviewsExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skillsProficient in MS Office and other business applicationsWilling to report onsite in Makati
