Serving our clients is our highest priority and RealPage teammates are our greatest asset.Come join a team where your work makes an impact every day!WHAT YOUâLL DO: The **Talent Sourcing Specialist** will be responsible in utilizing sourcing techniques to support Volume, Corporate and Specialized roles. You will focus in sourcing channel project management, pipeline building, labor market research, employer brand initiatives, and agency engagement. You will closely work with the Recruitment Operations Team to attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address sourcing needs and convert leads into actual hires. You will also expertly analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage both virtual and off-site activities and recruitment events of RealPage Pasig and Cebu sites including but not limited to: career fairs, job caravans, satellite recruitment, campus recruitment, professional associations, and internship program- Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategies- Conceptualization and implementation of RealPage's overall talent sourcing strategies- Continuous drive to promote the Employee Referral Program as top source of hires- Vendor management and engagement including Contactor hiring, activations, invoice processing and monitoring- Conduct market research to understand company's operations needs and requirements and provide talent insights, as needed.- Coordinate with Global Employer Brand and Social Media manager to create compelling messages to entice top talents in the market- Sources and identifies talent that is found through traditional active sourcing channels- Strengthen and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Write sourcing documentation and statements to monitor sourcing channel performance- Adhere to all relevant Realpage guidelines and regulations to mitigate risks.- Perform other responsibilities as neededREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:- University degree, preferably a graduate of Marketing, Behavioral Science, or Psychology- With at least 3 years Talent Sourcing experience in the BPO/ Shared Services industry- Experience in managing different sourcing channels such as employee referral program, off-site activities (job fairs, job caravans), digital platforms and social media, campus recruitment,- Experience in campus recruitment, account management and vendor management.- Proven ability in utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, Google+ to source talent- Strong team contributor and collaborator in all forms (new ideas, team calls, mentoring, training, partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, etc)- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a heavy workload environment while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives- Willing to work on a hybrid set-upPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:- Experience in Talent Sourcing across multiple geographical locations within PH is highly preferred- Managing and presenting data in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred- Understands how to construct complex Boolean queries to drive search results- Experience working with iCIMS or other major Applicant Tracking Systems is a definite advantageWHAT WE OFFER:At RealPage, we're always looking for talented professionals who thrive in a learning work environment that continually supports individual greatness.
