Our teams work from home and with flexi-hours.**PER's IDEOLOGY, PURPOSE, and CORE VALUES**We will achieve our Purpose, by embodying the **Core Values** of:**Continuous Improvement**: We relentlessly drive to improve PER's systems and technology and ourselves through learning.- "We are better today than yesterday, and we will be better tomorrow than today."_**People-Centricity**: Each person assumes personal accountability and fosters an environment of teamwork_. _- "Great things in business are never done by one person: they're done by a team of people."_- "We succeed when our customers succeed."_**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Be a Brand Ambassador supporting employer branding campaigns/events with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing- Advertising Job Vacancies and sharing marketing collateral across PERs social media platforms.- Recruit Top Talents by using creative, cutting-edge recruitment methodologies and utilizing PERs sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Bullhorn & Gem.- Partner with the Recruitment Director and senior team members to provide strategic hiring inputs for attracting and growing the passive/active Talent pool.**DESIRED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES**- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, ideally with either agency or in-house experience.- Experience recruiting in the Electronics, Semiconductor, Engineering or a technical industry is a big plus.- Excellent written English - including grammar.- Strong team player and work ethic.- Be pro-active and independent.- Be financially motivated linked to achieving targets.**REPORTING STRUCTURE**This role reports directly to Social Media Lead.**WORKING ENVIRONMENT**PER has a distributed workforce meaning that everyone works from home. Further, PER has a flexi-hour working policy and our teams work asynchronously.Working hours are agreed ahead of time with the Social Media Lead (your line manager) and tracked electronically.
