Talent Acquisition Specialist - Quezon City

WORK LOCATION: Quezon CityWORK SCHEDULE: 48-hour compressed work week | 2 rest days- A Talent Acquisition Specialist, also known as a Recruiter, plays a crucial role in the human resources function by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization- Ensure that the company has a skilled and qualified workforce to meet its business objectives- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management- With at least 2 years' experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist- Must have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws- Familiarity with Human Resource Information System or HRIS, Applicant Tracking System or ATS, and other HR-related tools- Strong knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Microsoft Teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Result-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment goals- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels- Must be pro-active, result driven, data driven, and people oriented
