**Job Highlights**- HMO coverage (medical and dental) from day-1 of work- 5-day work week (8 hours), Monday to Friday with Flexitime- Competitive salary package with annual performance bonus- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant positions.- Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.- Conduct end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering exams and background/character checks.- Schedule and organize interviews.- Processes final offer and finalizes the recruitment.- Prepare employment contract.- Plans and conducts new employee orientation.**Pre-Onboarding**- Conduct New Employee Orientation.- Ensure completeness of submitted pre-employment requirements.- Coordinate with Admin Specialist for onboarding checklist.**Requirements**:- Discretion and confidentiality.- Strong communication skills- Amenable to work in Pampanga**Why work for RED?**People are RED's greatest asset.
