Talent Acquisition Specialist

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs- Determine selection criteria- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements- Lead employer branding initiatives- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by departmentQualifications;- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science- Masters Degree preferred- At least 2-3 years experience in recruitment- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)- HR Seminars and Certification is a must- Salary starts at 18kPay: From Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Batangas City, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Master's (required)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
