Stefanini Philippines is in need of a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist II to be one of our talent matchmakers! This role will be part of our Manila Talent Acquisition Team based in our Pasay City office and will work on mid-shift schedule.
What you need to succeed?
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience with focus on recruiting for IT positions, such as ServiceNow Admin, Systems Admin, SCCM Admin, Scrum Master, Network Engineer etc.
- Experience full-cycle recruitment process in the Philippine Market
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, and ability to resolve conflicts/issues using sound business judgment.
- A strong desire to recruit for all levels of positions, and grow within Stefanini!
