Responsibilities:As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for technical andengineering positions, including senior management roles, within both Industrial ManufacturingCompanies and Technology Companies. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will delineatestaffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and devise effective recruitment strategies tailored toeach industry's nuances. This role entails the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screeningto interviewing and negotiating offers.
