The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage TA Audit and Compliance, Reporting and Analytics, Project Management, RFP reviews and monitoring of all Transitions classes.  Join Infosys BPM Philippines and jumpstart your career!
Key Responsibilities: Reporting and Analytics: Creation and management of TA Dashboard reporting and analysis New Hire demographics analysis and reporting Closely work with Volume, Non Agent and Sourcing team to create business reviews Monthly creation of scorecards based on actual performance Funnel Reporting and Profile analysis Works with the Sourcing team in identifying market intel data Provides other needed TA Reporting and Analysis Audit and Compliance: Responsible in identifying audit process to ensure compliance of the team in all Onboarding requirements. Works closely with the Onboarding team. Ensures compliance of the team based on the regular audit procedures on Data Privacy, Process Compliance and PCI or as prescribed by the company. Represents the team during audit procedures. Others: RFP reviews and Transition programs hiring monitoring Handles and spearheads accreditation of new vendors and other TA tools Process improvement, project management and implementation Key Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the Volume Recruitment in a BPO set up Must have spearhead at least 3 high impacting projects that were implemented. Highly organized and has extensive experience in onboarding and compliance. Highly analytical and with in-depth experience creating reports and analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig (on-site).
