Talent Acquisition Associate

- Communicating with Hiring Managers to decide on qualifications for positions.- Sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of channels, including job fairs and social media, and other recruitment platforms.- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.- Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.Qualifications:*Has diploma in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field.*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.*Excellent organization and time management skills.*Ability to work under pressure to fill positions.*Understanding of the products or services the business provides and the industry the company works in.*Familiarity with social media and other recruitment platforms.*Thorough knowledge of employment laws.
