IT Specialists in this job role work with products or solutions based on any vendor hardware and/or any vendor operating system software.Troubleshoot Servers HARDWARE/SOFTWARE problem which may require to travel to/fro between data centers.To collaborate in on-call roster rotation to quickly respond to incidents and outages.Perform RML (Required Maintenance Level) updates (Patching)Support Internal Application TeamInstall the different infrastructure Agents.Perform Server Technical Specification (Hardening)Perform Daily health CheckProfessional knowledge related to incumbent's department or function.Engaged as an independent professional.
