System Administrator (Ft)

Perform day-to-day maintenance of software and computer installations and upgrades, security maintenance, troubleshooting, and training of employees regarding system technicalities.- Provide technical support for all users and projects of the organization- Maintenance of Server Management Systems- In charge of coordinating with the internet, the service provider provides support groups regarding networking and computer systems.- Lead in coordinating with Systems service providers and other support groups.- Enforce ideas design ondesignedmprovement of computer computer-related Management Systems/Structures.- Supports in other systems systems-related**Educational Background**:- College graduate, preferably IT, business-related, Engineering, and other all another allied discipline red** qualification**:- Must be able to communicate in English well**Employment Status**:- Mitsuwa Philippines employee- 6 months probationary period- Salary increase upon attainment of regular status after 6 months.**Work Location**:- Mitsuwa Chemical Philippines, Inc.- Address: Lot 4, 6 & 8, Block 22, Phase IV, Cavite Economic Zone, Rosario, Cavite- Tel : 63(0)46-437-2216- Fax : 63(0)46-437-2220**Working Schedule**:- Compressed work week with scheduled Saturday Off- 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday- 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Working Saturday- At least 2 Saturday Off per month**Compensation package**:- Basic Monthly Salary - Php 17,000 - Php 26,000 (negotiable depending on related experience)- Position Allowance Php 500 and Meal Allowance - Php 500- Others: Performance Bonus of up to 2 months (based on evaluation n)**Leave Benefits**:- 6 months - 1st year - 5 days vacation leave & 5 days sick leave- 2nd year - 6 days vacation leave & 6 days sick leave- 3rd year - 7 days vacation leave & 7 days sick leave- 4th year - 8 days vacation leave & 8 days sick leave
