Job SummaryDuties :• Acts as a frontliner of the bank• Assist official international and local calls requested by the bank staffs• Responsible for answering incoming external and external calls• Connecting calls to proper parties• House connections• Maintenance of Bank’s telephone directoryRequired Education, Skills, and QualificationsCritical skills :-Telephone skills: Handling telephone calls-Speaking skills: Voice quality (pitch and intonation) and speaking speed-Customer Relations : the ability to pass on company's values and professionalism-Stress Management : How to effectively deal with constant pressure-Time Management : Using not only their own time effectively but also paying close attention their client's time.- Problem Solving: Creative, constructive thinking for a variety of problems-Values Formation: Teamwork, Efficiency, Excellence and IntegrityQualifications :a. College degree holder. Preferably, with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related functions.b. Must possess the following soft skills: customer-focused orientation, articulate and excellent interpersonal skills.c. Must possess excellent English communication skills as ADB is an international organization with diverse nationalities.d. Must possess excellent telephone skills and expertise in handling exceptional customers and difficult telephone situations.
