Details of the offer

ASurveyor/Survey Technicianis responsible in processing survey field data and create survey drawings for ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Subdivisions, Topographic / Engineering Surveys and other products.Surveyor/Survey Technicianutilizes technical skills, including General Computer skills, Microsoft Office, CAD Drafting, Geodesy, Coordinate System Transformations, Databases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently Manage Time
• Manage Emails
• Data Management
• Draft Improvements & Utilities
• Zoning & Flood Plane Research
• Process Surfaces & Create Contours
• Trace Record Boundaries
• Draft Title B2 Exceptions
• Geodesy & Datum Adjustments
• Write Legal Descriptions
• Boundary Placement
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of technical experience, Drafting experience
• Microsoft Office Skills required
• CAD Software Skills required
• General Computer Skills
• Must be residing in Cebu.

Education:
•Geodetic/Civil Engineer
