Job Description:
Cropital is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, with the opportunity for growth and development within the organization. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex problems- Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients- Stay up-to-date on product updates and developments to provide accurate information to clients- Contribute to the overall improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Exceptional emotional intelligence to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and solving problems- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment- Experience in using customer support software and tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
