Support Specialist

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. As a Support Specialist at Acudeen Technologies, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our software and services- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist in training customers on how to use our products and services- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services- Provide feedback to the development team on ways to improve our products based on customer feedback- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- Hardworking and energetic with excellent communication skills- Experience in customer support or a related field- Proficient in using customer support software and tools- Strong planning and organization skills- Ability to persuade and influence others- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
