Job Description:

The Support Manager at Solaire Resort & Casino is responsible for managing a team of support staff who assist in ensuring the smooth operation of various departments within the company. The Support Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a team of support staff, including assigning tasks, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance reviews- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve efficiency- Act as a liaison between the support team and other departments within the company, ensuring clear communication and coordination- Monitor support team performance and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other managers and departments to identify support needs and develop strategies to meet those needs- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a customer support or service environment- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
