Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Support Associate at mClinica, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations of our software products. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our software products3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues5. Work closely with the product development team to identify and resolve software bugs6. Assist with software testing and quality assurance activities7. Provide ongoing training and support to clients on how to use our software products effectively8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. Experience with software testing and quality assurance is a plus7. Knowledge of healthcare industry practices is a plus8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
