Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP a month
Review submissions and process purchase orders make purchase order adjustments Maintain and update internal ERP, as well as vendor and customer database Manage multiple business channels with varying requirements Maintain and audit multiple inventory locations Provide customer service to vendors and internal departments, and special customers Plan and schedule new manufacturing projects Works with vendors to ensure timely completion of work and tracks vendor compliance Communicates with manufacturing clients regarding all aspects of the vendor side of manufacturing projects, timelines, production processes, logistics, capacity, etc. Helps develop processes and onboard new clients for manufacturing Resolve quality issues, and ensure quality control procedures are followed BA/BS in a related field of study from an accredited college or university preferred Must have at least 5 years' experience in purchasing or supply chain Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Highly proficient in time management Intermediate excel skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications Project management or manufacturing experience a plus Willing to work some evening hours Ability to work in fast paced, high stress customer service oriented environment
