Supply Chain Planning Manager

Job Description:
Manage the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process; Optimize the current distribution network and propose new distribution assets in order to continuously improve service levels and bring down logistics cost; Prepare a plan for the distribution of products and goods from plant and distribution assets to meet customer requirements; Plan and manage the flow of material coming in to the company, processing and transfer to distribution assets and shipping out to customers while keeping inventory cost at the minimum; Guides, monitors, directs and motivates direct reports by providing guidance and direction including setting performance standards or KPI’s, and determines the gaps in skills and know how through training and coaching. Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate with degree in Engineering or Business; Preferably with MBA units; Minimum five (5) years in managerial or senior supervisory capacity managing a highly integrated distribution and supply chain operations and computerized environment; Exposure in sales and operations planning, network optimization or linear programming and cost planning and controlling. Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills;
