Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the inventory planning and forecasting for all channels
· Prepare reports and support meetings for Education Channel Planning
· Prepare reports and lead meetings for Corporate Channel Planning
· Prepare reports and support Apple inventory meetings
· Manage Apple purchase orders and coordinate to Sales Support
· Create and maintain item cards in NetSuite
· Ensure inventory across all locations are accurate by performing inventory reconciliation
· Prepare historical sales report and update as needed
· Work with R&D and manage Supply Chain responsibilities
· Train and mentor other Supply Chain team members
· Lead process improvement projects
· Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement:
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain: Inventory Management, Planning and Logistics
· Logical & critical thinking
· Strong analytical skills and attention to details
· Can work in high pressure environment with high sense of responsibility
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
· Experience in NetSuite is an advantage
