In the Supply Chain & Payout Executive role, you'd be responsible to ensure a smooth operation for the hardware in StoreHub. This will involve communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as vendors from all 3 different countries which is Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. Also, as the company's gatekeeper in releasing payouts to merchants and hardware vendors, you will be responsible for performing reconciliations and resolving payment related queries while handling disputes/chargebacks from our payment gateway partners.
You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

What you will do: Monitor and perform daily processing of SOs, POs, and manage deliveries for hardware and confirmation of orders with respective vendors in Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. Coordinate and communicate daily to build a good working relationship between vendors and internal stakeholders while maintaining & documenting supply chain & payment processes and procedures. Perform payments reconciliation daily between payment gateways and internal systems, for merchants in the respective countries: Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand, and help resolve clients' and the company payment gateway partners on disputes & chargeback, along with payment related queries. Manage ad-hoc projects related to Supply Chain and Payment Operations. What you will need: Ability to effectively communicate, speak, read, and write in English. Patience and adaptability to fast changes in processes. Basic understanding of Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms. Proactive and willing to learn on the job.
