Supply Chain Lead

Job Description:
Responsible to oversee Cards Inventory Management Ensure that Inventory of Sims, Cards and Collaterals are healthy Ensures SLAs are being met in delivering the cards Responsible for staff scheduling and ensure that back-ups are in place. Leads correspondences related to consumer Delivery and Inventory Responsible in replenishment of Supplies, ( Cards, sims and Collaterals ) Leads team and staff performances through regular coaching sessions with associates (organic and inorganic staff) Handle escalations related to Inventory and Delivery requests. Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably with experience with Inventory Management GWAM (GROSS WORDS A MINUTE) should be standard Very Keen to Details Workforce Management skills Strong leadership and coaching skills Enhanced multi-tasking skills Good time-management skills Familiarity with Supply Chain Good communication and coaching skills
