Supply Chain Assistant

Job Description:
Prepare, coordinate, and follow up key Supply Chain activities Data Gathering and various Report Analysis and Preparation System encoding and transaction (ex. System Inventory Movements, Goods Receiving, Inventory Adjustments, Monitoring and reconciliation of inventory withdrawals) Coordination with different departments, vendors, and distributors (i.e. support on monthly, midyear, and year-end counting) Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year Business-related course Has at least 1 year of work experience in supply chain and inventory management Adept in Microsoft Office and SAP Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to work on overtime including Saturdays Willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila; and Good coordination skills (will be dealing with different people from different departments).
