Supply Chain Analytics Power Bi

**Responsibilities**:**Metrics, Reporting and Analytics****Analytics**- Gathers and analyzes report requirements from stakeholders and provides improvement and recommendation based on request- Communicates with resource person to get input/raw data needed for report generation- Transforms (clean up, formatting, calculation, consolidation, standardization) of data based on pre-defined guidelines, instructions or expected output- Identifies and provides solution to general inquiries- Creates reports based on standard processes and performs data validation to achieve data integrity- Evaluates impact of requests and customizes reports aligned with customer requirements- Communicates issues/concerns to stakeholders regarding results of analysis- Provides insights and validates with stakeholders if recommended solutions to address business questions and are aligned with the objectives- Creates new or updates existing documented information based on the documentation guidelines and communicates updates of documented information to all relevant stakeholders through various channels Project Management, Continuous Improvement and Innovation- Supports continuous improvement/innovation project ideas and executes agreed and approved solutions- Provides input during project reviews to understand the needs and objectives of the project- Creates prototypes/mock-ups and performs research, analysis and testing to validate if the identified solution is the best fit to meet the requirements- Identifies risk and supports risk mitigation actions- Recommends actions to be used in the UAT plan, sets up and executes UAT- Documents the project for user manual, Knowledge Management, or best practice sharing**System Support and Maintenance**- Troubleshoots basic and common technical errors**Requirements**:- BS Statistics or other Math related discipline, BS IE, BS Operations Management, BSBA in Supply Chain, Purchasing or other Engineering/Management related discipline Job Related Experience:- 2.5 years related experience in Supply Chain & Operations, Data Analytics and Project Management**Specific Knowledge**:- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain functions, concepts and processes- Familiarity with Supply Chain Commodities- Knowledge on Business Intelligence and Analytics concepts Skills:- Above average problem-solving and analytical skills- Above average communication skills- **Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, basic knowledge in Power BI and Business Intelligence tools**:- Working knowledge on Office 365 Applications**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Evening shift- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
