A Peek into Your Thrilling Role: Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM EST (Semi-flexible)
Work Setup: Hybrid, Ortigas/Makati/Quezon City (Will work remotely majority of the time)
Qualify to Thrive: Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other related analytical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, data science, data analysis, or business analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Statistical analysis capability and experience managing large amounts of data.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Highly motivated self-starter.
Works independently under general supervision.
Trailblazing Tactics: Under the direction of the VP of Supply Chain, engage in Supply Chain analysis and strategy development/refinement across all functional areas of supply chain: planning, master planning, forecast, purchasing, scheduling, customer service.
Drive continuous improvements within the global supply chain.
Analysis & efforts of this function will help drive corporate and supply chain directives of:
Improving working capital / Optimizing inventory.
Reducing Obsolescence.
Improving Fill Rate.
Cost reduction (Purchasing and otherwise).
Process Streamlining (reduction of Non-Value-Added [NVA] tasks).
Production and Schedule Optimization.
Reduction of Compliance fees.
The achievement of these directives is achievable by analysis and strategy focused on:
Identification and refinement of inventory strategy.
Strategies targeted at reducing obsolescence.
Ensuring compliance of inventory and planning strategies.
Triage and resolution of compliance issues.
Analysis of purchasing strategies for savings opportunities.
Analysis of NVA tasks.
Assisting with directing IT-focused work solutions.
