Job Description: Supervise movement of both Production and NPI lots under the assigned product line. This requires management of direct labor associated with such task. Operators, Materials Handlers and/or Lead Operators .
· Start-of-shift production calibration to cover critical announcements and quality issues with operators.
· Monitor performance for each and every personnel under their umbrella.
· Promote, identify and recommend quality initiatives to boost employees morale.
· Perform/coordinate any needed TMS (time and motion study) with IE as needed to update the standards and finally, the capacity template
· Maintains resource needs by working with HR, PC and IE.
· Plan, manage risk, and implement production schedule and manpower deployment on a monthly rotation basis. Also involves cross training to other product lines and /or stations to augment immediate needs on capacity increase
· Develop flexibility and training programs for operators.
· Weekly KPI monitoring, assessment, and improvement (as needed) to attain continuous improvement on the Production aspect of manufacturing.
· Implement continuous improvement programs related to productivity, quality, cost reductions, and automation (as applicable)
· Handle CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) project for QFN team and represent the team during the weekly CIP reviews.
· Implement and adhere with the company policy and guiding values.
· Reports to Master supervisor II
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), or Electronics Engineering (ECE) or equivalent technical courses
Work Experience · Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry, both manual and automatic processes.
· Management of at least 25 direct labors on a per shift basis.
· Preparably handles die prep process on previous Job
