Position Title: Team Leader
Deployment would be atEugenio Lopez Center(Antipolo)

Job Description:Give instructions and monitors the performance of all deployed employees.
Submits to TG Area Operations Supervisor performance reports and other matters related to the operations.
Attendance monitoring and reporting
Acts as the CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT’s on-site representative and point person.
Coordinates with the client for all service-related concerns, complaints, inquiries, and requests.
Disseminate to all personnel under him all concerns and requests from the client.
Forwards to the TG Area Operation’s Supervisor any client concerns, inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Collates and reviews the accuracy of all daily time records/timesheets of team members to be approved and signed off by the CONTRACTOR’s Area Operations Supervisor
Tracks all cases of absences and tardiness of the CONTRACTOR’s personnel and investigates accordingly.
Maintains on-going records, collates regular reports and submits to the CONTRACTOR’s Management for any appropriate action.
Keeps track of unauthorized absences and takes action immediately if there is sufficient basis to initiate disciplinary procedures
Reports all disciplinary matters, violations of the code of conduct, complaints against other employees and client in coordination with the TG Operation’s Supervisor and CONTRACTOR’s HR and Legal team for proper disposition.
Monitors discipline, attendance for all TGSI personnel under BC
Supplies office forms, monitors supplies for operations, equipment monitoring.
Ensures that all subordinates understand their own ‘Role Responsibilities’ and ensures that they are carried out in a proper and orderly manner.
Supports the team and provides assistance as may be necessary.
Creates a harmonious working atmosphere.

JOB QUALIFICATIONSWith F&B Background
At least 2 years Graduate (Preferably HRM course)
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
With Management, Supervisory and Leadership skills
