Store Supervisor (Mall Based Showroom-Pasay City)

Focus Global Incis looking for a highly creative and dynamic Visual Merchandiser who shall conceptualize, create and execute merchandising strategies--balancing visual appeal with business objectives.Job Responsibilities:As a Store Supervisor you are expected:
Manage ShowroomSales
Providing exceptionalcustomer serviceand ensuring that the employees also provide the same level of service
Resolution of customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Management ofproduct inventory
Ensuringproduct knowledgeof all team members at all times
People management including training, evaluation, mentoring & coaching, and maintaining a positive working environment
Coordination of marketing and merchandising program
Managementof all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
Conceptualization and implementationof improvement plans, and effective follow-thru

Job Requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in any field of study from a reputable school
With at least 3 years work experience in sales with supervisory/managerial function
Selling and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven, proficient with MS Office and other applications, and able to work under minimal supervision
Willing to be assigned at Shangri-la or Greenbelt Mall and work during mall hours.
