Store Manager | Robinsons Place Magnolia

Job Description:
Organize and implement strategies to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets of the store. Monitor and analyze merchandise performance and service level and recommends essential action for improvement. Ensure that all personnel are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions. Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Retail Store Operations or equivalent. Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Place Magnolia
