Job Description:
1. Support for Network Intervention Warning (NIW) review and approval giving


Reviews and ensures there will be no collision among activities which will be carried out at the same time before giving NIW approval 2. Support for NIW Policy Implementation Assurance


Ensures all proposed network changes has been requested according to the defined rules Checks all proposed network change request to ensure the completeness and validity of the supporting documents before gaining an approval Ensures all proposed network change has been well executed and fully reported 3. Support for NIW tools/ application review and optimization


Reviews and proposes more effective NIW request for approval regulation to manager in order to have an efficient yet secure way of managing the schedule of all proposed activity Reviews and proposes more effective NIW tool / application to manager in order to have an efficient way of managing and accommodating policy updates 4. Support to provide Data Analysis for NIW with direct and indirect impact for improvement and enhancement in process or application related the activity process


Review data existion and other data related to analyze and provide alternative feedback/solution/improvement Proactive to communicate and coordinate with relative stakeholders to fulfill the target and goals Minimum Qualifications:
At least bachelor degree in Electrical (Telecommunication) or related with required experience 2 years of working experience in telecommunication industry, especially in managing multi environment operation and or with end to end technical network and programming background (device, ran, core, transport, etc) Preferable have experience or basic in programming skills and database Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English languages Excellent capability in managing and analyzing big data Good knowledge of Cellular, transmission and IP network Excellent expertise in MS Office application (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point, Ms Visio) Excellent technical writing and reporting Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities
