Job Purpose: Reinforces voluntary compliance to the company code of conduct so that a culture of self-discipline and self-control can be internalized organization-wide.- Graduate of any four (4) business or management course- Minimum (1) year related experience in employee relations, grievance handling and communication programs- In-depth knowledge of legal due process administration and analysis- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and the just and authorized causes of termination- Ongoing and updated knowledge of external labor climate- Effective oral communication skills ( English and Tagalog)- Effective written communication, with basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail- Excellent analytical skills- Excellent employee networking skills- Excellent investigation skills- Collaborative. Works in partnership with internal customers and other sections in the department to achieve shared goals.- Accountable. Takes full ownership of her actions or in actions- Delivers on commitments. Meets deadlines set for any work task- Ethical. Leads by example. Shows unwavering compliance to company code of conduct
