Create and implement comprehensive test solutions for Analog & Mixed-Signal ICs, focusing on high-speed, intricate silicon-level verification. Product Performance Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis and characterization of product performance under diverse supplies, loads, and conditions to define and guarantee customer satisfaction. Advanced Testing Technologies:
Utilize cutting-edge Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for innovative testing approaches.
