Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering

In your new role you will:Responsible and drive for final test yield stability and continuous improvement per assigned technology/packageEnsure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test workflow, test program), lot on hold assessment and disposition to ensure quality compliance Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization and NLoZD projects Conduct risk assessment in deviation management (DDM, ALF, MRB), PCRB and any platforms to ensure safe release Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation, 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause Collaborate with FE PE, GPE & BU TE/PRE/PRM to drive yield, cost and quality improvementYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline.More than 5 years of experience in product, yield, test engineering and experience in Statistical methods and tools.Broad knowledge in wafer fab process, assembly, Manufacturing process and quality system.Product reliability and qualificationPhysical analysis methodsAutomatic test equipment and toolsStrong analytic work methodology and problem solving skillsProject management skillsBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
