Primary Purpose of the PositionIn this position, the incumbent will be overall responsible in executing all Talent Acquisition administration activities including all sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, pre- selecting candidates from different countries supported based on Goodyear recruitment strategy. The incumbent will administer all recruitment processes based on talent hiring requirements in partnership and alignment with HR Business Partners, In- Country HR Representatives and/or hiring managers from different countries supporting Goodyear offices.
The incumbent will also need to manage efforts that will create a more cost effective, timely and high-quality recruitment undertakings that will yield quality and favorable candidates based on hiring manager expectations and/or specific functional requirements.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing
Implement and facilitate sourcing strategy through sourcing candidates using various methodologies and channels in line with Goodyear’s sourcing activities, branding and media methods as agreed and aligned with hiring managers and organizations based on in-take meetings and sessions facilitated.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, In country HR representatives and COE and/or with other HR colleagues to gain better understanding or resource planning process and talent acquisition demands.
Conducts talent pipelining activities based on organization’s requirements and develop candidates based on pre- qualifications workforce plans that were defined. Ensure continuous flow of candidates to proactively meet recruitment demands by using talent acquisition resume databases existing, including Goodyear’s applicant tracking system.
Utilizes effective and efficient sourcing channels, media platforms and other branding activities to promote Goodyear recruitment and sourcing requirements. Post and advertise job descriptions using the appropriate methodologies, review and validate contents to ensure candidate friendly advertisements that is aligned Goodyear’s policy and guidelines.
Screening and Interviewing
Be the first point of contact of candidates, either passive or active, through delivering exceptional care and ensure that the candidates are effectively pre-screened using various screening methodologies, before endorsement and continuity on the recruitment process
Assess candidates for cultural, motivational and skill fit employing behavioral based assessments and other recruitment assessment methodologies (tests, interviews, oral presentation and/or any in-basket approaches) aligned to Goodyear’s process and screening requirements of hiring managers
Define and shortlist candidates based on all parameters presented during the recruitment alignment requirements
Recruitment Logistics and Reporting
Facilitate all recruitment logistics preparation and requirements in partnership In Country HR representatives/ COEs, HR Business Partners, with interviewers, hiring managers and candidates, including venue preparation, interview scheduling, coordinate with testing vendors based on recommended tests and its administration, phone and virtual interview logistics
Participate and support in any recruitment events (college recruitment, mass hiring recruitments, etc) and help set-up
Create and submit reportorial requirements based on recruitment status, sourcing effectiveness and other reports committed and required by the hiring organization, recommend and suggest solutions and other activities to resolve issues
Distribute candidate and hiring manager experience surveys and other surveys relevant
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years total working experiences, 1 year in depth experience in recruitment, preferably on sourcing, employer marketing, interviewing and candidate management gained from a SSC or BPO set-up with volume recruitment
Familiar and working knowledge on different applicant tracking systems, preferably on SAP
Knowledgeable on familiar candidate search engine systems or any sourcing tools
Familiar on job advertisement write-up editing process
Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language construction.
Working knowledge on computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications.
Strong presentable skills being the face of Goodyear to candidates
