This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business needs. A deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices, customization, and integration is required for this position. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com is highly desirable.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform.Need to have working knowledge in Salesforce essential tool sets like Apex, Flow builder, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant Force.com platform development tools.Experience with platform events, developing APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) in Salesforce platform, and integrating other enterprise applications using middleware and event stream technologies.Hold exposure with the Salesforce AppExchange offerings and provide buy vs. build recommendations whenever necessary.Stay up to date with Salesforce's three annual releases.Have experience delivering on an iterative, Agile delivery schedule and working in an Agile scrum environment.Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Assist the extended team in identifying and resolving issues, providing ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications:3 years of work experience in Salesforce platformPlatform developer 1 or Administrator certification is essential.
