Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends, opportunities, and risks in the commercial real estate sector.• Work with internal teams to collect the necessary data needed for analysis.• Maintain a regularly updated property database through fieldwork, client calls/visits, desktop research, etc.• Analyze property and rental market trends, absorption rates, and competitive landscapes through dashboards and visualizations to communicate research findings.• Understand the client's specific research needs, respond to client inquiries, and provide expert guidance on market trends.• Publish research findings in periodic reports released by PRIME Philippines Research.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.• 3-4 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling.• Proficiency in real estate databases and market research tools.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
