We are in need of one (1) Senior Project Manager to start on May. Here are the full details:
Position Title: Sr Project Manager
Headcount: 1 HC
Budget: P200,000 – P250,000
Specific Work Schedule: Flexible
Work Location: either Taguig or Pasig
Target Onboarding Date: May 2020
Recruitment Process: 3 levels of interview (HR Dir, Sr Dir Production, US Counterpart)
Recruitment Location: either Taguig or Pasig
Is it Fixed Weekends off? Yes

Job Description:
Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all projects assigned to the individual.
Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
Negotiate with vendors.
Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure that the translation perfectly complies with instructions and is linguistically perfect.
Communicate any issues/problems/caveats.
Working with Team Leaders in training and developing Junior Project Managers.
Main point of contact for internal and external clients.

Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset.
University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies).
At least 3 years of experience as PM in the localisation industry.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective time management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
Knowledge of memoQ and/or XTRF would be a strong advantage.
Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.
