Discipline AdministrationReinforces / promotes awareness; monitors compliance to the codeof conduct and implements corrective measures to rule violators tomaintain discipline in the workplaceTasks/Activities:? Educates all employees on the company rules and regulations toguide them on all expected norms of conduct? Facilitates implementation of standard disciplinary dueprocess/procedure in processing rule violators:a. Conduct of Preliminary Investigations and determination ofprobable causeb. Writing and serving of Show Cause Memo/WrittenExplanation to erring employeesc. Investigating and collating documentary and testimonialevidences from witnesses that is material in the cased. Conduct and evaluation of case hearingse. Writing and serving of disciplinary memos to erringemployees after full case evaluation and analysis based onalleged violations committed.? Analyzes and evaluates root causes of violation patterns andtrends and recommends preventive measures that can beimplemented thereto? Directly coordinates with the departmentssupervisors/heads/managers of employees with disciplinaryissues for proper assistance coaching at work? Prepares and submits Labor Relations Reports on timeAd Hoc? Prepares and serves Resignation Acceptance to approved oraccepted resignations from employees? Routes, processes & validates Separation /Clearance andRelease Forms. Directly coordinates with AccountingDepartment for processing of final accounts.? Conducts and documents exit interviews to outgoing employees.? Prepares and submits Monthly Separated List2. Internal and External Labor Pulse NetworkingEstablishes internal and external networks to stay connected withlabor issues and for timely resolution of labor risksTasks/Activities:? Establishes connections with a pool of possible internal andexternal networks. Initiates and leads screening and qualificationprocess to establish official set of networks according to targetratios? Maintains and keeps connected and updated with current and/orpotential labor issues.? Validate issues in liaison with employee relations staff.Collaborates and recommends solutions to such identifiedissues.? Collaborates with admin department, whenever so required,pertaining to monitoring and resolving security risks and/or whenimplementing major labor relations projectsAcademic Qualifications:Graduate of any four (4) business or management courseRelated WorkingExperiences (years):Minimum (1) year related experience in employee relations,grievance handling and communication programsRequired Licenses, Certifications, Registrations N/AParticular Knowledge ? In-depth knowledge of legal due process administration and analysis? In-depth knowledge of labor laws and the just and authorized causes of termination? Ongoing and updated knowledge of external labor climateParticular Skills? Effective oral communication skills (English and Tagalog)? Effective written communication, with basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail? Excellent analytical skills? Excellent employee networking skills? Excellent investigation skillsParticular Behavior ? Collaborative. Works in partnership with internal customers and other sections in the department to achieve shared goals.? Accountable.
