Sr. Full Stack Developer

Dash10 Managed Services, a representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand based company is looking for an experienced Sr. Full-Stack Developer. As a Sr. Full-Stack Developer, your main purpose is to work with the development team with purpose and culture to produce secure and scalable code, while ensuring best practices of development are upheld.Key Attributes:Linux sysadmin exposureAWS ecosystem experienceDocker and containerisation knowledgeExposure to secure coding practices5+ years PHP developmentExposure to Laravel development (2+ year of experience preferred)Extensive experience with HTML + CSSExperience using Vue.js and/or ReactArchitectural knowledge of using MySQLHigh knowledge of unit testing and other functional testing implementationsKey Responsibilities:Work alongside development engineers in the execution of the FileInvite codebaseMeet or exceed all task deadlines proposed to the team
Participate in the agile workflow throughout the entire sprint cycle
Build upon the platform using HTML, CSS, Laravel, and Vue JS
Facilitate in security related discussions and implementations as requiredMaintain the integrity of the database schema with the assistance of the development team
Actively learn and be at the forefront of new technologies that could benefit the company
Ensure the team is aware of and implementing secure practices
Ensure the FileInvite codebase is scalable and testable based on best practices
Designs, develops, modifies, documents, tests, implements, installs and supports software applications and systems.Working hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm only and weekends off! A stable internet connection and a good working PC are a must.
